Specifications, sample discussions and buyer-approved packaging are settled before an order is confirmed.

Specifications

Each product page lists only confirmed specifications. Anything else (fragrance strength, pack counts, carton sizes) is confirmed in writing for your order.

Samples

1. Sample and courier charges are payable by the buyer. The sample product cost will be adjusted/credited against the final invoice upon confirmation of a bulk order. 2. Samples are provided on a paid basis, with product and courier charges payable by the buyer. The sample product cost may be credited against a subsequent bulk order, subject to the agreed minimum order quantity (MOQ). 3. The amount paid towards the sample will be credited towards the buyer’s first qualifying bulk order. Shipping/courier charges are non-refundable and will not be included in the credit.

Packaging

Retail-ready, gift and bulk packaging options are discussed against your market and approved by you before production.
