Quantity & packaging. Quantity and packaging are confirmed against your requirements.
Samples. 1. Sample and courier charges are payable by the buyer. The sample product cost will be adjusted/credited against the final invoice upon confirmation of a bulk order.
2. Samples are provided on a paid basis, with product and courier charges payable by the buyer. The sample product cost may be credited against a subsequent bulk order, subject to the agreed minimum order quantity (MOQ).
3. The amount paid towards the sample will be credited towards the buyer’s first qualifying bulk order. Shipping/courier charges are non-refundable and will not be included in the credit.
Shipping. International shipping, applicable duties and taxes, and delivery terms will be confirmed in your quotation.
